Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you offer a one-time mowing service?- Unfortunately, we do not. We require customers to sign up for month-to-month services and hope to keep your business year around. Keep in mind you will have a healthier lawn with frequent cuts. 
- What area of Tampa Bay do you service?- We offer lawn care maintenance to West Chase, Greater Carrollwood, Oldsmar, Citrus Park, Town N Country, and some surrounding areas. - We offer landscape installation, landscape design, and sod installation to the entire Tampa Bay Area. 
- Will I always have my property serviced on the same day of the week?- Yes and no. We provide you with a certain day of the week that your property will be serviced. We will strive to make it on the same day for your convenience and to maintain a healthy lawn. We only reschedule due to inclement weather or holidays, and we will always give you notification if we are running more than 2 days behind schedule. 
- Do you offer both residential and commercial landscape services?- Yes, we offer both residential and commercial landscape services. 
- Do you offer financing for Sod and landscape installation?- Pro Landscape Services does not finance the work. However, we work with companies that do finance the work and materials. Interest rates may vary. 
- Do you require a contract for lawn care maintenance?- No, we believe in earning your business. We offer month to month lawn maintenance services. You can cancel anytime for any reason. We do require agreements for landscape and sod installations. 
- Do you have a referral program?- Yes, we believe in community and helping your neighbor. If you refer a friend, we will give you one free service as a thank you. 
- Are you licensed and insured?- Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured company. We can provide documentation upon customer request. 
- How do I know you are showing up on scheduled services days?- You will receive a job completion notification email after each service. You may respond to these emails with any questions or concerns, and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.
